New perspectives
New opportunities
In a world of exponential change,
Think Tomorrow Now.

A passion for hope
…in building a better tomorrow.
The why
Fifteen years ago I sensed an increasing need for society to understand change. It seemed with increasing clarity the world was headed toward a multi-faceted upheaval we weren’t prepared to understand. I sought to uncover a means to positive alternatives to help us all move forward—things that weren’t already being tried, as so many efforts seemed ineffective. I found what I sought in the practice of foresight—and after more than a decade building bridges, easing this nascent discipline into management and operations, navigating the unknown became more manageable for hundreds of employees, dozens of partners and vendors, and hundreds of thousands of customers. I seek work with individuals and organizations on their journey toward better outcomes in their domain.
How I might help
Perspectives. They seem to be changing, at more levels with more frequency, all the time. It’s overwhelming. A common response is to hunker down and do what we do best the best way we know how, doubling down on the levers we know to have worked during our successes. I don’t think most of those levers still work. Or they move something different than they once did. New and different parameters and perspectives in assessing where you are, viewed in conjunction with previous understandings through these new perspectives, will be time well spent—find beneficial insights you wouldn’t otherwise uncover. Nearly 20 years coaching executive management and guiding project teams to the benefit of staff, community and customers, is experience I’d like to share with you.
Some things to think about
As if there wasn’t enough to think about already! But how about something different? Foresight. If hindsight is 20/20, think of foresight as 50/50. May or may not, but either way, you better understand your world and will be equipped to function in the future in ways that work for you. Learn in ways that don’t cost a fortune in new software subscriptions or APIs, or introduces yet another platform to staff. No consultant telling you what will fix your ills has the ability to make it work. Seems there is a good deal of snake oil being sold and not enough addressing the waters in which your fish are swimming. It’s mindsets, and they are yours to open, not a vendors.
Services
Build confidence and broaden perspectives on your journey into tomorrow.
Start with simple exercises and discussions designed to expand minds and diversify thinking. Then consider deeper dives or full Frameworks aimed at expansive understanding of domains and plausible futures for your organization, industry or environment. From there, consider change management strategies to drive confidence in your journey forward.
When did you last get a truly objective view of your self or your situation? With no numbers to hit, staff to impress, or peers to influence, and more than two decades of experience, I am confident in my ability to help you see outside the box, beyond the horizon and more clearly into today, building confidence in tomorrow. I have no set suite of products or services to fix your ills at special rate just for you. That’s too presumptuous—let’s talk and uncover what parts and pieces of foresight and communication helps you meet your objectives, not mine.
One-to-one sessions available and encouraged for executives and board members. Get out of your business’ business (and your own head) for a breathe of fresh air.
No charge for initial consult.
Resume?
My LinkedIn doesn’t reflect (at a professional’s advisement) the 15 years before university sweating or freezing on construction sites, delivering all sorts things before amazon was a thing, or running high-end kitchens with up to 50 employees. Despite two decades in management and long term strategy (find that on LinkedIn), the experiences of my first career greatly influence what drives me. People. Not organizations, their policies or their structure. People. What they need to do a good job and provide the best output. Being able to put your head on the pillow at night knowing tomorrow will be okay is a great motivator.
I’ll get a full resume here, but in the meantime, look for me on that monopolistic LI platform — the guy with raised eyebrows and bow tie.
An eye on tomorrow
stuff for those doing stuff in a less-stuffy socially-conscious space.
TNN thoughts, good and bad
- I have a closet full of material to load here…articles, a bunch o’ whiteboards, images…all sorts of stuff that helps widen points of view, offers new and different perspectives and broadens understanding of the world.

Some methods behind the madness. Or, one step beyond.
- I’ll get to this section soon. Maybe go a little academic, not too much, in an effort to pull the blinders off, get to some tools, means and methods to look closer to the fringe—to find the fringe—and the opposites, the tangential and peripheral storylines previously not seen as not-all-that-important kinda’ things that actually matter—all leading to new paths of discovery, understanding and opportunity. New conversations, new outlets, new roads.
